Started off at the train station...
Doesn't sound too exciting i know, but when the train pulled up...
Ohhh yeah... SO FUN....
And just to prove I did actually go for a ride....
Twas thankful we didn't go through the tunnel though!!
It is such a cool little park run by all these old little train fanatic men... SO CUTE!!

Fair to say - fun was had by all!! Headed back down the freeway (after a quick stop off to say hi to the ponies!!) and rushed home to start getting ready for the soccer.
Yes - that's right - the soccer... yes you are on the right blog!! Ages ago I decided to be a really nice girlfriend and buy tickets for me and Rob to go see Australia v Uraguay... Sadly for Rob... he's still not home!!!! Well as they say... a friend in need is a friend indeed.... Ange filled the spot!! So we trooped off in the FREEZING cold last night to watch the game!!
Twas great fun, and although i know nothing about soccer, I did learn that Uraguay is in South America!! (and even managed to conclude that Paraguay must be also... i mean - they rhyme so they must be nearby right!?!?!) Anyways - I was most excited by the flares and the giving of a card, booing the guy who hurt himself just by running (SOFT!!) and even if we lost, it was so worth going...especially for the coverband at the bar after, the dancing skippy and once again being subjected to a cover rendition of "Shot through the heart..."
